BalePlus Concentrates

• PorteinPlus and ProteinPlus2 Provide balanced mix of energy, crude protein & NPN urea, which, injected and fed with any forage, creates ideal conditions in the rumen to increase crude protein production.
• Replaces and increases energy lost in old and poor hay bales
• Delivers lost vitamins and minerals
• EnergyPlus contains no urea

Also effective for:

• Feeding dry forages when under drought conditions.
• Treats any forage, Old Hay, Poor Hay, wheat straw, corn stalks, ALL forage
• Adds stress fighting vitamins and minerals, increases crude protein, reduces energy to avoid additional heat in cows.

BalePlus Systems Equipment descriptions
(3 pt Hitch and Front End Loader Models.)

• Built on a sturdy, heavy duty three-inch box pipe frame, the BalePlus™ Forage Injection System features three forged steel, slim line, tapered injector shafts to penetrate the tightest bales. The cane molasses-based BalePlus™ formulas are pumped into the bale through 90 degree directional ports located along all three shafts and driven by a PTO roller pump (provided.) The pattern distributes the formulas throughout 60-70 percent of the bale. Bales can be treated in less than a minute’s time while being moved either to feed or to store.
• The shafts feature a combined lifting power of more than 7500 pounds and will easily carry the largest bales over the roughest terrain.
• The fifty-gallon reservoir carries enough formula to treat 15 to 20 round bales before requiring a refill.
• The BalePlus™ system is self-mixing.

 BalePlus™ Portable, Single Injector System

• Features our 25-gallon heavy-duty poly reservoir for placement in a pick-up or other vehicle.
• Driven by a 12-volt pump, the hand-held 42" injector with push handle has 15 feet of hose to allow treatment of several bales at each stop.
• The hand-held system, like the tractor mounted apparatus, is self-mixing and is designed to inject the same effective BalePlus™ System formulas. In cold weather, use warm water, if available.
• Not recommended for extremely tight bales.
